ENIA Industrial Networks and Industrial Applications SA (hereafter “ENIA”) manages the website enia.gr (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Website’), to offer information and services to its users.
The use of the website is subject to the present terms and conditions, as applicable at any time, which users are requested to read carefully and to conform to. The use of the website implies the unconditional acceptance of the preset term and conditions.
ENIA may, for any reason and without prior notice, change these terms. The continuing use of this website by users after the effective date of any changes in the Terms will be conceived as acceptance of such changes by the users.

1.1. ENIA has no responsibility for actions by individuals or organizations, wherever such reside, as a result of direct or indirect information included or available in this website, regardless of whether such information is provided by ENIA or another third party.
1.2. ENIA does not guarantee, directly or indirectly, that the website’s context will be at all times up to date, secure, with no errors, will meet the users demands and that the results, which will emerge from its use will be reliable, accurate and with no errors.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

ENIA considers the safety of its website users’ personal data very important and is responsible for the safeguarding of the confidentiality of all personal information provided to it.
The confidentiality policy defines the principles that regulate the use of personal data received. Whoever uses this website or is registered as a user of the services provided by ENIA agrees with this use.

7.1.1. Total Information: Jointly with many commercial organizations, information is gathered for the monitoring of this website’s use. At times, information may be distributed through e-mail or post as regards to products and services of ENIA and its business partners (i.e. information regarding latest news). If the user does not wish to receive such information, he/she can select not to by informing at any time via e-mail at info@enia.gr.

Personal data of users are stored with caution and properly safeguarded. ENIA has security policies that aim at reassuring, as best as possible, the security and integrity of all information, including personal information.

7.4. PERSONAL DATA RECORDS, ACCESS AND ERRORS

ENIA may keep a record and may process users’ personal data, which will be disclosed to the former through the website. In this case, the recipients of such archive data for the promotion, support and implementation of the interactive relationship between ENIA and the user, may be third parties, who cooperate with ENIA for the provision of relevant archive services. ENIA does not disclose or publish personal data of users.
According to the legislation on personal data protection, all users have the right to request access to their personal data, which are at the disposal of ENIA and they may request the correction of any possible errors free of charge.

8. USERS’ OBLIGATIONS & RESPONSIBILITY

In the case where an unauthorized use of this website on your behalf results in a loss or damage to any individual, which subsequently takes legal action against ENIA, you agree to indemnify ENIA for all losses and /or damages that emerge from such a claim.

8.4.5. to not use this website to transfer any material that is compromising, offensive or threatening or which violates third parties’ rights, or that intends to provoke disruption, harassment or unnecessary concern to any third party, or to send messages that you know are false or to use this website for such purposes.
8.4.6. to directly inform ENIA regarding any claim or action of any kind against you for any use of this website and, following a request by ENIA, to immediately cease the action for which the charge was made, and
8.4.7. to directly inform ENIA regarding any changes that affect your registration data.
8.4.8. to not use the data of third parties, pretending to be those third persons.
8.4.9. to not act in such a way as to infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
8.4.10. to not install, promote and/or transmit in any way through the Website digital viruses and/or any other kind of malicious or destructive files and/or programs designed to destroy or restrict the operation of any software or telecommunications equipment or to prevent other Users from using the Website.
8.4.11. to not post or share any classified or confidential information.
8.4.12. to not publish or transmit any material with threatening, untrue, misleading, offensive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, immoral, scandalous, pornographic or profane content. Please note that we will fully cooperate with all law enforcement authorities and will fully comply with any court order that requests or orders the disclosure of the identity of any person who publishes or transmits such Information and material.
8.4.13. to not install or promote in any way unsolicited or otherwise non expressly approved by the Company advertising messages in any form, non-requested emails (spam) and generally they will not promote unwanted information with any way.

9. SECURITY

Although ENIA makes every effort to protect the Website from digital viruses and/or any other harmful or destructive files (or programs) designed to interfere with, destroy or restrict the operation of any software or telecommunications equipment, it cannot guarantee that the Website will never be compromised by such data. Therefore, the integrity and protection of the software systems and equipment of each User is subject to its own diligence, ENIA will not be liable in case of infringement of the electronic equipment (software and hardware) of users by viruses and other harmful files.
The use of the Website is at the responsibility of the User. The Company is not liable, to the extent that exclusion of liability is permitted by law, for any direct, indirect, moral, positive or other damage caused by or linked to the use of the Website, including, but not limited to, the unintentional downloading of computer viruses from the Website or from emails sent from/to it.

10. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF USE – LIABILITY FRO COMPENSATION – SUSPENSION OR DEACTIVATION OF AN ACCOUNT

In any case of violation of these Terms of Use by the User, the Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend or deactivate the access to User’s account, without any liability whatsoever.
Beyond and regardless of the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek the competent courts and administrative authorities to defend its interests, as for the restoration of any damage the Company incur from the actions/conduct of the liable User. The non-exercise of the Company’s rights under these Terms of Use does not imply its waiver of such rights.

11. GENERAL

If any article of the above terms is considered as non-applicable, it will not affect the validity and enforcement of the remaining terms.
These Terms represent the overall agreement between every user and ENIA and governs the access and use of the website by users. These Terms prevail against any other written agreement between every user and ENIA in relation to the use of this website. These Terms are interpreted according to Greek Law.
